The discovery call is not a consultation and it is not a commitment. It is a conversation where I learn about your search, and you get a clear sense of how I work and whether representation makes sense for your situation.
I will ask about the type of property you are looking for, your location preferences, timeline, budget and what has been frustrating about searching on your own so far. By the end of the call you will know whether we are a good fit, and I will have enough context to explain how I would approach your search.
If it is not the right fit I will tell you honestly, and where I can I will point you in a more useful direction.
